Starting Jiu Jitsu can feel intimidating—especially in a mixed environment. Our Women’s BJJ program is designed to remove those barriers and provide a supportive, welcoming space where women of all experience levels can train with confidence.
Led by Coach Bec Johns, these classes focus on building real self-defence skills, physical confidence, and technical Jiu Jitsu in an encouraging, pressure-free environment. Whether you are stepping onto the mats for the first time or returning after time away, you will be supported every step of the way.
